• Developing year round content plan that is based on campaign priorities with each piece of content having clear objectives and KPIs
• Managing all stages of the content development, owning projects and delivering to tight deadlines
• Evaluating the performance of campaigns by analyzing results and impact of content to help develop and improve future campaigns.
• ASSESSMENT of team KPIs for individual resources
• Assessment of copy quality and maintenance of defined quality standards
